My stay at the hotel was far from what I expected based on the advertised ratings. While the rooms were somewhat clean and spacious, the service was incredibly frustrating and staff communication was poor, particularly for English-speaking guests. The dining options were subpar with cold food and a lack of variety. The pool was decent, but I wouldn't say it was worth the hassle we encountered during our stay.

The location was decent, about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, but the shuttle service ended early in the evening, making it less convenient for night outings. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, I believe they have significant room for improvement.
